After completion of this course, the students will be able to -

  1. acquire the understanding of the various concepts, facts, terms and developments in the field of Biology.
  2. apply the understanding in a teaching learning process in schools.

 

  1. develop teaching skills for conducting theory and practical lessons.

 

  1. use audio-visual aids and information technology for promoting effective teaching – learning.

 

  1. acquaint pupil-teachers with micro-teaching and methods of teaching.
