Course Objectives:

After completion of this course, the students will be able to-

 

  1. develop an understanding of the nature of disciplinary knowledge in the understanding of the impact of school subjects on disciplines
  2. develop interest, attitudes and knowledge about the content in respect of framing the syllabus

  • Teaching of Mathematics: Inductive- Deductive, Analytic, Synthetic, Heuristic, Project, Problem Solving, and Laboratory method; Techniques of teaching mathematics: Questioning, Brain-storming, Role Play, Simulation, Non- formal techniques of learning mathematics.
