Report on Activity “Micro Teaching Skill Development Programme”

The Department of Education organized a “Micro Teaching Skill Development Programme” for B.A.B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed. students of Semester V between 21 September 2020 and 7 October 2020. The major 3objective of this programme was to modify the teaching behavior of student teachers by reinforcing their strengths and helping them to overcome their weaknesses by providing them constructive feedback.

The programme was conducted in small groups wherein each student teacher delivered the micro lessons under the supervision of a mentor. The programme helped to boost the confidence of the students and increase their competency in each of the teaching skills.
